Step 1: Download the App

There are two easy methods to get started:

1. Scan QR Code: Use the QR code provided on your device box or user manual.
2. App Store Search: Search for "Tracksolid Pro" in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the official app by Jimi IoT.

Step 2: Register Your Account

You can log in using credentials provided by your supplier, or register a new account:

1. Open the app and select Register.
2. Enter a valid email address and create a password.
3. Bind Device: Add your tracking device using its unique IMEI number (found on the device label).

Important Tips:

• If a device fails to bind, it may already be linked to another account. Contact your supplier for a reset.
• For testing without a device, use the Demo Mode.

• Detail: Edit device name, SIM number, driver info, and expiration dates.
• Tracking: Enter live tracking mode to watch the vehicle move in real-time.
• Playback: Replay historical routes. Select a start/end time (within the last 7 days) and adjust playback speed.
