- App Store Search: Search for "Tracksolid Pro" in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the official app by Jimi IoT.
Step 2: Register Your Account
You can log in using credentials provided by your supplier, or register a new account:
- Open the app and select Register.
- Enter a valid email address and create a password.
- Bind Device: Add your tracking device using its unique IMEI number (found on the device label).
Important Tips:

- Check your spam folder if you don't receive the verification email.
Core Features Overview
1. Homepage (Map View) After logging in, the homepage displays the real-time location of your active device on a map. Tap the account icon to manage all devices linked to your profile.
2. Device List & Status The List Page categorizes your fleet into three statuses: Online, Offline, or Inactive. From here, you can access detailed controls:
- Detail: Edit device name, SIM number, driver info, and expiration dates.
