Whether you’re a new user or assisting clients with installation, this step-by-step guide will walk you through downloading, registering, and using the app effectively. How to Download Tracksolid Pro App

There are two easy methods to download the Tracksolid App:

• Scan the QR code provided by your supplier or from JimiIoT’s official materials.
• Search “Tracksolid Pro” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and download the official app by JimiIoT.

How to Register Your Account

You can log in using the account credentials provided by your supplier, or register on your own:

• Enter a valid email and password to create an account.
• Add your device using its IMEI number. Once added, the device will automatically link to the vendor account it belongs to.

Important Tips:

• If the device fails to bind, it might be because it is either not yet imported into the platform or already linked to another account.
• For testing purposes, use the Demo Mode.
• If you don’t receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder.
• Do not log in to the same account from multiple devices simultaneously.

Homepage Overview

After logging in, the homepage shows the real-time location of your device on a map. Tap the account icon in the top right corner to view and manage all devices under your account.

Device List & Functions

The List Page displays all devices and their statuses:

• Online
• Offline
• Inactive

Key Features:

• Detail: View or edit information such as device name, SIM number, driver name, expiration date, and more.
• Tracking: Check the real-time location and movement of the vehicle.
• Playback: View historical routes by selecting a start and end time (within a 7-day range). Adjust the playback speed (slow, medium, fast).
• Command Center: Send remote commands such as:
  • Vibration alarm
  • Engine power cut-off
  • Remote control options
• Geo-Fence: Set a virtual perimeter by defining a location and radius. Receive alerts when the vehicle enters or exits the area.

Alert Page

Use filters to display specific alert types or devices by IMEI or name.
Troubleshooting (Android only):

• Make sure the app is allowed to run in the background.
• Set the app as trusted in your device’s settings to receive notifications.

Profile Settings

The Profile section lets you manage your account and access records:

• Modify username, password, and notification preferences
• Check alert logs and command history
